The Ballad of Oppenheimer Park shows how Harley Prosper, Janet Brown and Bear Raweater, a group of exiled natives of the Canadian Reserves, gather around every day to drink in a park in Vancouver Downtown. Using their ordinary life and their long oppression story, the director captures how they transform the daily alcohol drinking ritual in a challenging celebration.
