Adán Aliaga (Alicante, 1969) has a degree in film direction and graduated in film history and aesthetics. He made his first film La casa de mi abuela (2006), with which he won the Joris Ivens Award for Best Documentary Film at IDFA, among many other awards. Since then he has filmed five more feature films, obtaining different national and international awards, among which Pilar Miró for the Best First Appearance at the Valladolid Film Festival.
